Return Policy


Satisfying our customers is a business philosophy that we respect, practice, and emphasize in our business.

ALL returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)number. A RMA can be obtained by contacting our parts department at
Parts@SterlingHelicopter.com or by phone. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA.

The following information is required:
- Customer name
- Invoice number
- Item serial number(s)
- Nature of the problem


In general, returns within 30 days from invoice date can be for exchange, replacement, refund or credit at Sterling Helicopter's discretion. Please be aware that some manufacturers have more restrictive return policies. A restocking fee may apply. Shipping charges are NOT refundable. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to Sterling Helicopter on returned items, and Sterling Helicopter will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange item(s) going back.
