Federal Express (FEDX) Next Day Early AM, Next Day, Next Day Standard, 2 Day & Express Saver.

Yellow Freight & Exact Express

Tracking your order:

Sterling Helicopter can provide tracking information via email. Please provide our spares department with a valid email address and your tracking information will be emailed to you when your parts are shipped.

To guarantee that your order is received complete and in good condition all shipments over $5000.00 will automatically be insured from the manufacturer to Sterling Helicopter for their full retail value. Costs may vary due to method of shipping, weight and actual value. It will then be the customer's responsibility to request shipping insurance from Sterling Helicopter to the consignee. All shipments from Sterling Helicopter are F.O.B. origin. The consignee must initiate all claims for parcel shortage, loss or damage, with the carrier.
